All phone cases are handmade and made to order therefore each case is unique.

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING
- Phone cases take 7-14 days to dry before they can be shipped out.
- If your case model isn’t listed, then please message me before purchasing. I might have to order your case which can increase processing time. All phone cases are made using high quality hard clear cases.
- A hand made product may not be 100% perfect and an exact replica of the picture, please allow small imperfections.
- Charms in the listing pictures maybe out of stock, I will always keep a variety of adorable charms to substitute with.

No cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason. I carefully pack every item and offer tracked shipping. I am not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged items after I ship out the items.
CARE GUIDE
Decoden is not for heavy duty use. Keep out of the sun or it will cause discolouration over time. Decoden will collect dirt and dust. Clean using wet wipes or rubbing alcohol and cotton buds for hard to reach areas. Do not pick on the cream glue, charms & other decorations! If the cream glue or charms are peeling off, then use super glue.
